Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize the whole device of a pump unit and reduce equipment cost by easily and efficiently sucking a viscous material within a container, and prevent lowering of quality due to mixing of air bubbles into the material to be supplied.
SOLUTION: This method is for supplying the viscous material by pressing the viscous material stored within a container by a pressing means and sucking the viscous material from an opening formed on the pressing means by the pump unit and delivering the viscous material. The pressing means for pressing the viscous material is heated to a prescribed temperature and the viscous material is pressed so as to be collected in the opening direction on a pressing surface provided inclinedly on the pressing means.
