To provide a method and a device for taking out cast material from a green sand mold already poured with molten metal, capable of taking out cast material from the green sand mold without damaging the cast material and also, taking out and carrying the cast material in order of molding or powering, etc.
This method having a device to take out the material from the green sand mold already poured with the molten metal is composed of the following processes, i.e., a process which the flaskless green sand mold already poured with the molten metal is carried to a mold knock-out position one by one, a process which this green sand mold is adjacently surrounded with many projections and also in the air-tight state, a process which the green sand mold is disintegrated by reducing the pressure in the air-tight space and making moisture condensed layers as boundary and also, finely crushed by colliding with many projections, and a process which the cast material separated from the green molding sand is taken out and carried out.
