Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out a quick and precise temperature control of a seamless can manufacturing machine so as to adjust the length of a flange within a fixed range value in the case that the seamless can with a flange part is manufactured by re-drawing a cup member.
SOLUTION: In this device, the seamless can with the flange part is manufactured by re-drawing processing from the cup member comprising a metallic plate, both faces of which are coated with an organic film. In this case, after cooling water 44 passes through a first leading tube 46 between a cooling water adjusting tank 40 and a cooling water pump 47, it is supplied to leading holes through a second leading tube 48 between the cooling water pump 47 and the leading holes of the seamless can manufacturing machine. Then, it is flown back to the cooling water adjusting tank 40 through a third leading tube 52 and circulated, and the temperatures of the cooing water in the second leading tube 48 and/or the third leading tube 52 are detected. The water volume of the cold water 44' or the hot water 74' is adjusted based on the detected value.
