The train operation control system and a test system are connected to each other via a data transfer device. The communication data from the train operation control system is transmitted only in one direction by the data transfer device to the test system with a software for updating the system incorporated therein, the communication data from the test system to the train operation control system is interrupted, and the train operation control system is updated by the test system based on the communication data from the train operation control system.
