Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the grain size distribution to be optionally changed by arranging a grain size distribution adjusting means between the upper end level of a crushing roller in a crushing chamber and the lower end face level directly below the lower part of a classifying chamber.
SOLUTION: The crusher/classifier comprises and upright roller mill crushing chamber 3 provided at the lower part of an external airtight casing 1 and an air classifying chamber 5 provided at the upper part. Further, the crushing chamber 3 has plural crushing rollers 8 arranged on a crushing table 7 equipped with a dam ring. When a primary air current FA for conveying/classification located between the upper end level of the crushing roller 8 and the end face level directly below the lower part of the classifying chamber 5 is made to gyrate and thereby a finely shredded raw material BM is made to ascend, a secondary air current SA for conveying/ classification is allowed to be confluent with the primary air current FA from the tangential direction near a secondary cir current introduction part 60 to increase the air flow. Thus the air currents FA, SA are made to reach an air classifier 11 through a guide vane 13.
