To enable a sheet to be efficiently manufactured without generating wrinkles, etc., by positioning a sheet cover on a sheet face outline formed on a foam body with a thermoactive adhesive layer and then pressing a flexible film against the sheet to press the sheet cover to adhere them via the adhesive layer.
A sheet assembly 10 for vehicle has a foam body 18 with first and second dent faces 20, 22 corresponding to first and second sheet faces placed neighboring and a thermoactive adhesive layer 24 is placed on the first dent face 20. A cover 26 is covered on the foam body 18 and the cover 26 is fixed to the outer periphery of the bottom part 28. On manufacturing, the outer periphery of the sheet cover 26 is rivetted to the bottom part of the foam body 18 so as to be a preassembly after stretching the sheet cover 26 laid on the foam body 18 to remove wrincles and pleats. The preassembly is fixed to a working part and the sheet cover 26 is pressed via a flexible film to be adhered to the foam body 18 via the adhesive layer 24 under heating.
