Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a sludge cutting/exhausting method which can cut the sludge into the specified size according to the give conditions.
CONSTITUTION: A sludge dispersion unit 30 is installed at the tip of a conveyance pipe 20 to spread the sludge flat, and a compressed air is jetted from nozzles 40, 41, 42 to cut the sludge, wherein the timing of jetting the compressed air is controlled according to the conveying speed of object transported, the performance of a pump, etc., and the sludge is cut into the specified size and exhausted.
