Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and the device to transport, store and distribute a hazardous chemical substance by the constitution of an arrangement of high pressure stacked tubes.
SOLUTION: Tubes 20, 22, 24, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42, 44, 46 are divided into sub-groups, and in the tubes 22, 24, 44, 46 on the outside, an inert gas is filled, and in the tubes 20, 32, 34, 35, 38, 40, 42 on the inside, a chemical substance is filled. Then, the tubes on the inside, and the tubes on the outside for respective sub-groups, are connected with manifolds so that the hazardous chemical substance can be discharged to the tubes on the outside when a leakage generates on the tubes on the inside in the sub-group. This device includes a manifold system in order to isolate the chemical substance source and provide two independent outlets.
