Abstract:
To provide a method and a device for separating/removing tritiated water from tritium-containing water that can be implemented at low cost, have excellent processing capability, and do not increase the volume of pollutants.SOLUTION: A method for treating tritiated water (THO) containing contaminated water containing THO includes setting cooling temperature between freezing point temperatures of tritiated water and ordinary water in a tritiated water separation/removal device 1 including a cooling device 6 in a water tank 5 containing contaminated water in which THO and ordinary water are mixed, bubble generation means 2 for blowing negatively charged bubbles into the contaminated water, and a THO ice collection unit 8 for collecting tritiated water ice from the top of the water tank 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
