Title:
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR ULTRASONIC SHOT PEENING AXIAL CAVITY TO FIX BLADE ONTO ROTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3880039
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shot peening method capable of realizing the stronger shot peening and capable of generating the pre-stress possible to be regenerated over the whole of a cavity in a short time.
SOLUTION: Shot peening to a partition wall 2C of the cavity 2 is realized by generating the spherical fog 10 inside an enclosure 12 partitioned by the partition wall 2C of the cavity 2, a vibrating surface 8A for sealing a port 2A of the cavity 2 and a closing means 14 for sealing an opening part 3 by using a sonotrode 8 excited by an ultrasonic vibration generating means 18.
