Abstract:
To provide a method and a device for evenly heating micropowder of small particle diameter.
A heating method comprises a process wherein micropowder to be heated conveyed by air and fuel gas are mixed together, a process wherein the admixture is continuously fed to a plurality of monotube burners with an inside diameter of 4-40 mm at a flow velocity of 3-30 m/sec, and a process wherein fuel gas in the admixture is burnt at the injection port of the monotube burner and micropowder in the mixture is heated. And a device executes the method.
