Abstract:
To perform exact comparison between a flow rate measured by a flowmeter and an actual flow rate offered by a testing device.
A delay time 202 between the actual flow rate, and the measured flow rate in the flowmeter is decided. Then, the flow rate measured by the flowmeter is shifted by only the decided delay time so as to correspond to the actual flow rate measured by the testing device.
