To provide a method and a device for conveying a conveyed substance insheet form to shorten a cycle time and improve productivity, in cutting of sheet-from conveyer substance having terminal parts different in length.

A plurality of sheets are delivered, in order, and conveyed and guided. The conveyance forward parts of sheets are bundled into one lot and wound around a winding shaft 8. After a sheet the terminals length of which is set to a high value is cut by a cutter 19, a separation plate 20 is separated away from a sheet the terminal length of which is set to a low value. Only the sheet the terminal length of which is set to a low value is cut in the vicinity of a winding part by a cutter 14. Simultaneously with final winding of the sheets having different length on the terminal side by the winding shaft 8, a winding shaft 10 is started to wind foreward end part of a cut sheet as a new winding starting end.
