Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a yield rate of a filament by preventing a winding bobbin from colliding against a winding end layer of the filament, after its winding finishing end passes through a notch opening of an end cover. SOLUTION: After an end cover 24 is covered on a fully wound winding bobbin, before a winding finishing end 1a of a filament 1 is guided in a notch opening 24a of the end cover 24, a bobbin cover 40, overlapping with an inner side of the end cover 24, is moved so as to cover a winding bobbin 12. The winding end 1a of the filament 1, in an outer side of the bobbin cover 40, is drawn in while meandering in the end cover 24, but this meander part, in the case of passing through a clearance between a brim 12a of the winding bobbin 12 and the bobbin cover 40, collides against an end part 40a of the bobbin cover 40, energy tending to collide toward a surface of a filament unit winding layer 1A on the winding bobbin 12 is reduced.
