A device is constituted of a smoking treatment chamber 1 storing a wood to be treated and having its upper section open, a combustion chamber 2 provided combinedly with the smoking treatment chamber 1, a flue 3 communicating and connecting the smoking treatment chamber 1 and the combustion chamber 2 together and an opening and closing cover 4 covering an upper open section la of the smoking treatment chamber 1. In that case, the smoking treatment chamber 1 and the cover 4 are formed of a heat insulation material, and their interiors are formed to be sealed, and a vegetable organic fuel F is burnt in the combustion chamber 2 to generate heat and smoke.
