Abstract:
To provide a method by which Alzheimer's disease can be diagnosed in high accuracy, and to provide a kit therefore.
There are provided the method for diagnosing the Alzheimer's disease comprising combining three or more specific genes from nucleic acids capable of hybridizing a nucleic acid represented by one of 65 base sequences under a high stringent condition and/or capable of hybridizing a nucleic acid complementary to the base sequence under a high stringent condition to obtain an Alzheimer's disease marker gene; and the kit containing a reagent for detecting the expression levels of the genes.
