Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply and accurately diagnosing a neuroblastoma.
SOLUTION: This method for diagnosing the neuroblastoma comprises a process for detecting an MYCN (or called as N-MYC) gene and a single copy reference gene contained in a subject-derived body liquid, a process for calculating the amount ratio of the MYCN gene to the reference gene and a process for determining a subject state based on the amount ratio.
