Title:
METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING QUALITATIVE DETERIORATION OF ROTOR IN DOUBLE-STAGE DRY MOISTURE-DECREASING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING QUALITATIVE DETERIORATION OF ROTOR ON DRY MOISTURE-DECREASING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3795630
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely perform a diagnosis for the qualitative deterioration of a rotor on a second-stage dry moisture-decreasing device without the use of a dew point meter.
SOLUTION: In the regeneration area 11b of the chamber 12 of a rotor on a second stage dry moisture decreasing device, the temperature detecting part 14a of a temperature sensor 14 is arranged on the side close to a moisture decreasing area 11a on the outlet side of the regeneration area 11b, and the temperature detecting part 15a of a temperature sensor 15 is disposed on the side close to a purge area 11c. Thus it is possible to compare the temperature of a regeneration outlet measured by the two temperature sensors 14, 15 at the time of a normal rotor state to the temperature of a regeneration outlet at the time of a qualitative deterioration of the rotor and thereby, determine the degree of the qualitative deterioration of the rotor through diagnosis.
