Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a film unit whose quality is stable by executing inspection for sorting parts to the reusable parts and the non-reusable parts just before or just after the respective parts are disassembled.
CONSTITUTION: 24 pieces of assembling pallets are provided on an index rotating table 142 at fixed pitches. The film unit 2 is moved and mounted on the assembling pallets after it is positioned one by one at a station A. After the unit 2 is carried to an inspecting position and positioned by a fixed posture, the shape, the electrical characteristic, the external appearance, the action or the like of the parts which are removed among the respective parts are inspected. Thereafter, the parts to be removed are removed after the unit 2 is carried to a disassembling position and positioned by the fixed posture. As for a front cover, for example, the reusable front cover is sorted to a conveyer 147 and the non-reusable front cover is sorted to a conveyer 148 by a sliding system by a sorting device 146 according to the information of the inspected result of the front cover.
