Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a desired coating shape rapidly and precisely regardless of the viscosity of liquid by controlling the pressure and temperature of the liquid to be supplied to a discharge valve from a storage container so that the discharge flow velocity of the liquid is constant, when every fixed amount of the liquid is discharged from the storage container through the discharge valve.
SOLUTION: When every fixed amount of liquid is discharged, for example, a motor 6 is actuated by a control means 19 based on a pressure detected by a pressure sensor 18 and thereby, a plunger 10 in a syringe 3 is elevated to maintain the pressure of the liquid in a liquid flow path 12 at a set value. Further, a discharge initiating signal and a discharge pressure signal are output by the control means 19 to rotate the motor 6 at a constant rate and thus the liquid in the syringe 3 is pressurized. At the same time, the piston 17 and the needle 14 of a cylinder 16 are moved backward timed to the pressurizing of the liquid in the syringe 3 to open a discharge aperture 13 and thus the discharging of the liquid is initiated. After that, a discharge ending signal is output to the motor 6 and a switch valve 20 respectively by the control means 19 to end a single round of fixed amount discharge.
