PURPOSE: To provide well-diffusible resin product by mounting a screw extruder in communication with a fluidized bed, melting resin in the extruder for sealing, shutting pressure in an upstream area from pressure in a downstream area with sealing, escaping volatile component and discharging catalyst after deacti vated.
CONSTITUTION: A screw extruder 12 is mounted in communication and contact with a fluidized bed reactor 10 to properly accept polymer particle resin from the fluidized bed 10 so that polymerized product resin can be taken out of the fluidized bed 10 with the operation of the extruder 12 in communication with the fluidized bed 10. The resin is melted in the extruder 12 to form melted polymer, sealing is applied with the melted polymer to shut pressure in an upstream area from pressure in a downstream area ranging from the sealing part 74 to the reactor 10, melted monomer residual and volatile component are escaped from the extruder 12 with vents 50, 52, 54, deactivating agent is introduced from a filling port 62 to deactivate catalyst and assistant catalyst, additive is added front filling ports 64, 66 and polymer product is discharged from the extruder 12 with a driving train 40.
