Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge method capable of solving the problem that deposits are increased in a molten iron container by remaining of residues in the molten iron container and the decrease of the inside volume of the container is resulted, the problem that the delivery characteristic of the molten iron in molten iron pretreatment operation and steel mills degrades and the problems of an increase in the allocation time of the molten iron container and a degradation in the yield of the molten iron by the discharge of the total amount of the residues in the container each time.
SOLUTION: In discharging the residues in the container remaining in the molten iron conveyance container, the residues in the container are discharged only when the amount of the molten iron among the residues in the container is below a discharge reference value.
