Title:
METHOD FOR DISCRIMINATING CELL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH05209881
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To discriminate whether a hybridoma producing an antibody or not, with a new method without recourse to the ELISA method.
CONSTITUTION: A hybridoma is confined in a microcapsule and cultured, and the antibody produced by the hybridoma is shut into the capsule. The existence of the antibody in the capsule is detected, by combining an antibody binding material labeled by a fluorescent material, etc., with the antibody in the capsule. Consequently, the hybridoma producing the antibody is discriminated from a cell not producing the antibody.
