Abstract:
To provide a system capable of reducing the influence due to coexistence to the minimum in the case the photographic films classified by the several kinds of supporting bodies coexist.
At least one marking selected from detectable markings which can be discriminated by a user or discriminating the kind of the used supporting body is marked on the photographic film or the package of the photographic film. In the handling method for photographic film, the marking for discriminating the kind of the used supporting body that is marked on the photographic film is detected by a detection means, and a handling process is controlled based on the detected result.
