Title:
METHOD OF DISMANTLING METAL/RUBBER COMPOSITE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3405595
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make heat energy a little, by a method wherein a core body is heated through an induction coil of a high-frequency induction heating device, a destruction process of an adhesive layer destructing the adhesive layer between rubber and the core body and a notch are provided and a separation process pulling out the core body through the notch is contained.
CONSTITUTION: An induction coil 5 of a high-frequency induction heating device which is capable of outputting a high frequency of 10kHz-3MHz with outputting electric power of 500w-50kw is set up on a cushioning tire 1A and the induction coil 5 is turned on. Hereby, a high-frequency current flowing through the induction coil 5 is allowed to generate a magnetic field centering around the coil, the magnetic field is permeated through rubber 3 and an induction current is induced on the core body 2. Then a turning process heating the cushioning tire 1A while turning the cushioning tire 1A is provided. Hereby, the high-frequency induction heating device can be managed with a little output current and the destruction process of the adhesive layer can be processed far economically. In a separation process, notches 9, 9 are provided in one side and the other side of a tire substrate 11 at the same time at a position where the distance between the surface of the rubber 3 and the adhesive layer 4 is the shortest.
