Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card issuer's policy display method capable of providing a user device with a mechanism capable of storing only an application permitted by an issue system in the case of storing an application by a user and a storage medium storing an IC card issuer's policy display program.
SOLUTION: In the case of issuing a user device from the issue system to a user, the issuer's policy of the issue system is previously stored in the user device. In the case of storing an application, the user refers to the issuer's policy and stores the application in the user device in accordance with application storage availability information described in the policy.
