Abstract:
To disclose a method for automatically distributing a call based on a physical position of a radio terminal.
A system controller 112 decides a position of a specific agent based on information obtained from a radio base station. The controller 112 communicates an instruction as to where an agent should go with the agent selected to reply a call. The instruction is conducted by display on a radio terminal or by transmission of a voice message to the agent. In the case that a customer asks help and makes a call to an exclusive wired telephone set 121, the controller decides the position of the wired telephone set, selects an agent and gives an instruction of going to the position of the wired telephone set.
