To provide an electromagnetic hydraulic system capable of simultaneously controlling a plurality of function parts in a whole machine such as a tractor for agricultural use and a construction device for equally distributing operating fluid usable by the function parts.
A plurality of actuators are connected between a supply line and a tank return line. Separately desired speed is required for each hydraulic actuator. Flow conditions obtained from the supply line and the return line in response to each measuring mode and speed of each hydraulic actuator are determined. Judgement is made related to which part of the flow required is provided with flow level obtained by the supply and the return lines. The part of the flow is used in converting speed of any hydraulic actuator achieved by the flow capable of providing desired speed of any hydraulic actuator into an instructed speed command. Each speed command is used for controlling flow to each hydraulic actuator.
