Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely remove occurrence of errors in division caused by a kind of a powdered medicine nature, a scattered state of the medicine to a distribution dish or a shift in scraping direction of a scraping plate to the distribution dish at the time of dividing the powdered medicine.
SOLUTION: A distribution dish 2 of a splitter is rotated at a high speed with its arc groove 2R standing with its face angle 60° or larger, powdered medicine is uniformly scattered in the arc groove 2R in the same form irrespective of a kind of a nature of the powdered medicine, and a scraping plate 33 of a scraper 3 is decelerated in the vicinity where the scraping plate 33 comes off from an upper rim of the arc groove 2R at the time of scraping the powder toward an outer peripheral direction, thereby reliably dropping the medicine into a hopper 4. The distribution dish 2 is rotated by reverse and normal rotation so that all scraped amounts of the powdered medicine on the radiuses groove in sections divided by a set division number are equal, thereby minimizing an error in division.
