Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correspond even to rocking in a narrow space at a limited construction site and on board for expanding the utilization of steel slag, and to efficiently conduct neutralizing treatment.
SOLUTION: Steel slag as an infilling is charged to a caisson in which seawater or the like is injected into an internal space, and water filled in the caisson is applied with an acid while continuously discharging the water, thus conducting the neutralizing treatment.
