Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method of smoothly and surely drilling a hole in a printed circuit board, which can reduce the cost of the circuit board.
CONSTITUTION: A method of drilling a hole in a printed circuit board 1 comprises the steps of drilling in a printed circuit board, a hole having a depth which is 70 to 90% of the thickness of the printed circuit board 1, and drilling the circuit board so as to make the hole piece formed at the first step, piercing through the circuit board 1.
