PURPOSE: To improve binding of reinforcing bars with a curing material, by a method wherein, after a curing agent such as ready mixed concrete is poured through the tip of a screw as a casing and an auger screw, both driven in a ground, are pulled off, a reinforcing cage is buried.

CONSTITUTION: After a casing 1 and an auger screw 2 are rotated and lowered down to a given depth, a forced feed hose for a curing material is connected to a pipe shaft 6, and a curing material is fed with a pressure in a through-hole 13 in the axis of the screw 2. Simultaneously, the tip of the screw 2 is opened by dropping off a plug 8 from the tip of a pipe shaft 6 through slight counterclockwise rotation of the screw 2, and when a curing material B is pressed in an excavated hole A, the casing 1 and the screw 2, simultaneously, are pulled off. Thereafter, while the curing material B is uncured, a reinforcing cage C and a steel pipe are inserted for burying.
