Abstract:
To provide a reciprocating motion-type brush which can meet such conditions that (1) the utility does not require power supply, (2) waterproofness is high, (3) the brush is driven at a high velocity of maximum 300 reciprocating motions/minute and (4) the structure is simple and lightweight and the maintainability is easy.
The reciprocating motion of the reciprocating motion-type brush to be driven by both double-acting rod air cylinders, is controlled by rocking a toggle with the help of a striker attached to a brush holder and manipulating a mechanical valve in a switching fashion by one of the ends of the rocking toggle.
