PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: a mechanism for moving right and left vanes by one motor is complicated, and has a high cost and low reliability, when the vanes are moved imitating movement of an animal's wing.SOLUTION: Right and left vanes are driven by different motors, respectively. This brings about simplification and makes a cost low.
