Abstract:

To dry a dried foods powder in which a sintered shellfish powder is mixed in a short time with high accuracy by adding, stirring, and mixing a proper amount of the sintered shellfish powder converted to quicklime to grounded foods.

Rough grounding/throwing means 1 includes a throwing hopper 1a equipped with a cover 1d including an opening/closing valve 1b therein and a cutter composed of a fixed blade 2a provided below the opening/closing valve 1b and of a driven rotary blade 2b. The amount of throwing of foods (a) is previously measured, and the foods are supplied to the cutter 2 for rough grounding and is then thrown into a processing chamber 10 in an apparatus body for drying. The processing chamber 10 sterilizes and deodorizes a predetermined amount of sintered shellfish powder (b) converted to quicklime to which the foods (a) are added to provide dried foods powder into which the sintered shellfish powder is mixed. Hereby, the foods (a) are accurately dried in a short time as the sintered shellfish powder mixed a dried foods powder.
