To promote stable temperature control by obtaining the relationship between the combustion level of a burner and the temperature rise of hot air in advance, and then regarding the difference between a preset target temperature of the hot air and the outside air temperature as a target regulated temperature at the time of a drying operation to determine the combustion level of the burner corresponding to the target regulated temperature.
The strain of grain and the feeding amount W are inputted, and a start button is pushed to read the strain (S1). A table, in which the feeding amount W in accordance with the strain is related to a target temperature T0 [W: T0], is selected (S2). Next, the feeding amount W is read (S3), and then the target temperature T0 is set (S4) on the basis of the feeding amount W. Moreover, the outside air temperature Tc is read (S5), to calculate the target regulated temperature ΔT=T0-Tc (S6). A necessary combustion level is read (S7) from the table, in which the temperature ΔT is related to the combustion level F on the basis of this ΔT [T: F], so as to regulate the combustion level. Thereby, the temperature control can be stabilized.
