Abstract:
To provide a method for drying rice granules without generating cracks in drying moist rice.
The method for drying moist rice is to sequentially treat the moist rice in following steps: (1) at 40-55°C and 60-70% RH for 0.5-1.0 hour, (2) at 55-65°C and 70-80% RH for 2.5-3.5 hours and (3) at 65-80°C and 70-80% RH for 5.5-7.5 hours.
