Abstract:
To solve such problems that a large-scale heating apparatus is required for making a disperse dye penetrate into a polyester fiber in conventional dyeing processes of the polyester fabric and further that a dyeing stencil is required for giving a pattern to the polyester fabric.
The disperse dye is made to penetrate into an optional area, by irradiating a laser beam onto the polyester fabric padded with the disperse dye, so that dyeing the whole surface of the fabric, or dyeing the pattern into the fabric, is realized. Therefore, the large-scale heating apparatus is not required, nor manufacturing of the stencil.
