Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and efficiently burn bard-to-burn materials such as e.g. dairy by-products or the viscous industrial waste such as viscera of fishery products and livestock, by adding a multivalent metal or a multivalent metal ion-contg. substrates to the materials.
SOLUTION: A,multivalent metal or a multivalent metal ion-contg. matter is added to a difficult-to-burn material to be burned such as sticky matter and viscous matter to burn the material. Consequently, the material is burned and incinerated without forming a syrupy or tarry thing. Further, in this case, 5-1000 parts of the multivalent metal or multivalent metal ion-contg. matter is added to 100 parts of the material, and the admixture is burned at 500-1500°C. The one selected from Ca, Mg, Al, Zn, Fe, Cu, Co, Mn and Ni is used as the multivalent metal and the (per) oxide, hydroxide or salts of the multivalent metal or natural products as the multivalent metal ion-contg. matter.
