Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively utilizing surplus power depending on a time zone of a power generation station and preventing emissions from giving adverse influence to environment by circulation use of by-products in a system.SOLUTION: When power generation facilities have surplus power, an electrolytic activating solution is produced from an aqueous solution, and when power is required, hydrogen gas is produced to generate power using the electrolytic activating solution. A device is composed of an electrolytic activation device (device A) of the aqueous solution, a holding device (device B) of the electrolytic activated aqueous solution, a hydrogen gas generation device (device C) by electrolysis, a hydrogen gas holding device (device D) and conversion equipment (device E) from hydrogen gas to power. For purification of the aqueous solution to be recycled, powder including Shirasu soil or a molded product is added. As auxiliary means for producing the electrolytic activating solution, beads for generating a terahertz range wave are added to the solution.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
