Abstract:
To efficiently dry minutely cut materials.
A method for efficiently drying materials comprises such steps as making a filter cake 2 on the surface of a filter medium 1 from a slurry containing liquid and solid, arranging the filter cake 2 and an oscillator 6 in opposed positions and generating a sound field between the filter cake 2 and the oscillator 6 through mechanical contact between the filter cake 2 and the oscillator 6 or a constitutive element 7 connected to the oscillator 6.
