Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To judge whether or not correction should be executed before the correction and to determine an adequate quantity of the correction by a method wherein four simultaneous basic equations that have unknown values of correction quantities are obtained in order to offset dynamic unbalance of a rotary body obtained by measuring.
SOLUTION: On set five correction faces #1-#5, correction angle positions V1-V12 are limited in respective maximum correctable quantities. Initial dynamic unbalance vectors measured on the correction faces #1, #5 are U1, U5 and the balancing of them is executed such that each of them is respectively corrected in an adequate quantity on the positions V1-V12. In order to offset dynamic unbalance obtained by measuring, four simultaneous basic equations that have unknown values of correction quantities on the positions V1-V12 are obtained. Next, the basic equations are expanded on the basis of the maximum correctable quantities. After that, when solutions exist in the equations, the correction quantity is determined such that estimation function as a sum of values that a weight coefficient is multiplied to the correction quantities with respect to the positions V1-V12 is minimized.
