Abstract:
To provide a means for increasing elution of an organic matter from hydroxyapatite to which the organic matter is adsorbed to increase recovery rate in a method for purifying the organic matter such as a protein or a nucleic acid using the hydroxyapatite.
In the method for eluting the organic matter from the hydroxyapatite, the hydroxyapatite to which at least one organic matter is adsorbed is brought into contact with an eluate. Here, the organic matter is chosen from the group consisting of a polypeptide, its complex, a nucleic acid or its complex, and the eluate contains an amino acid or its salt.
