Title:
METHOD FOR EMISSION OF ACRIDINIUM DERIVATIVE AND DETECTION OF SUBJECT SUBSTANCE FOR INSPECTION BY THE SAME METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH08292
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reproducibly detect a subject substance for inspection with high accuracy and identify various kinds of diseases by using ascorbic acid as a chemiluminescence inducer, allowing an acridinium derivative to efficiently emit light and improving the intensity of emission light.

CONSTITUTION: An acridinium derivative such as 9-phenoxycarbonyl-10-methyl- acridinium fluorosulfonate of the formula [(n) is 0 to 8; R1 to R3 are each a substituent group; X- is a counter ion] is allowed to emit light by using ascorbic acid enzymatically produced from ascorbic acid phosphate and alkali phosphatase as a chemiluminescence inducer. In addition, a subject substance for inspection is detected preferably by using this emitted light as a signal from the target.
