In this method for equally distributing balls of the ball bearing, a plurality of balls 4 stored between an inner ring and an outer ring of the ball bearing 1 are collected into one region in the circumferential direction, a plurality of the collected balls 4 are distributed into three regions in the circumferential direction between the inner ring and the outer ring, and tips of a plurality of working arrows provided protrudedly on the tool for distributing balls in accordance with the number of balls 4 in each region are sequentially inserted between each ball of a plurality of balls distributed into each region in the axial direction to arrange a plurality of balls 4 at an equal interval in the circumferential direction.
