Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bending method of a shape capable of smooth bending of even small radius of curvature by perform the bending through a first and second bending processes using a first bending die and a second bending die.
SOLUTION: First and second bending dies 2, 3 in which groove parts of the shape to be obtained by the bending on the roll-shaped peripheral surface are formed are arranged so that a shape W is fitted to the groove part, and the other end of the shape W is held by a tail part 2b provided on the first bending die 2. The shape W is bent by outwardly turning the first and second bending dies 2, 3. After the first bending process, the first and second bending dies 2, 3 are fixed in a non-turnable manner, and the second bending process is performed in which fitting bases 4 of the first and second bending dies 2, 3 are turned in the direction to wind the shape W around the second bending die 3 by a rotary shaft of the second bending die 3.
