Abstract:
PURPOSE: To execute simple and highly precise calibration of a measured value of a fast dynamic load of a pressure measuring device by removing the load at a high speed.
CONSTITUTION: A load is applied to a pressure measuring device 1 by a loading means 10 through a transmission member 5 which has a breaking strength of a magnitude corresponding to a calibration load of the pressure measuring device 1 at the time of measurement. The output of the pressure measuring device 1 is measured by an output measuring means 30. The load applied breaking strength to the pressure measuring device 1 is increased gently to the of the transmission member 5 by a load increasing means 16, and by breaking the transmission member 5, the load is vanished in a moment substantially. A calibration value is calculated from ratios between a measured value of the load at the time of breaking and changes in the output of the pressure measuring device 1 before and after the breaking.
