To provide a heat exchanger capable of reducing pressure drop between an inlet port and an outlet port.
A heat exchanger and the method of manufacturing the same comprise a contact layer 102 for cooling a heat source. The contact layer is connected with a heat source 99. The contact layer is structured such that fluid can be flown. Further, the heat exchanger comprises a manifold layer 106 connected with the contact layer. The manifold layer is connected with the first group of individualized holes. The manifold layer comprises at least one first port 108 for circulating fluid via the first group. Further, the manifold layer is connected with the second group of individualized holes. The manifold layer comprises at least one second port 109 for circulating fluid via the second group. The holes of the first and second groups are arranged such that the shortest flow path between the first and second ports is realized in order to cool the heat source appropriately. Each of the holes of the first group is desirably arranged at the smallest optimal interval with respect to each of the holes of the second group.
