Abstract:
The sucker is attached to a spectacle glass which is centred at its optical centre in a vertex refraction meter. It is orientated at its centre line and held in this position. The sucker which is oriented with its transverse axis is decentred and joined with the glass by axial movement. The de-centreing of the sucker takes place sideways above the glass. After centring the glass, the sucker is swivelled into a position above the glass and pressed onto the glass.
