Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain such an effect that dripping units are brought into contact with a tube correctly by pushing the tube from a pushing head continuously and using a means to supply multiple dripping units subsequently and move them in an axial direction of the tube. CONSTITUTION: A pushing head 2 pushes a tube 4 continuously. A supplier 6 supplies dripping units 8 via the pushing head 2 continuously and also supplies the dripping units 8 into an inside of the tube 4 while the tube 4 is pushed. Furthermore, the supplier 6 is equipped with a stacking receiver 10 containing stacked dripping units 8 and a reciprocating driver 12 for supplying the uppermost dripping unit 8 to the pushing head. On the other hand, a calibrator head 14 is divided into an engaging area 16 and a cooling area 18. And, a punch unit 20, a detecting unit 22 and a pulling unit 24 are arranged subsequently on a winding reel side 26 of the tube 4.
